Clifton Old Bar is an independent living community, however, we do recognise that there may be a time in the future when your circumstances change and you need that little extra assistance to recuperate after an illness or injury, or practical help to keep living independently in your own home. This could be as simple as an extra pair of hands for the hard to reach domestic jobs, or that little extra assistance to recuperate after an illness or injury.
With this in mind, we have established a partnership with Home Nursing Group, so that you can enjoy exceptional care in the privacy of your own home at Clifton Old Bar, if the need arises in the future.
We have selected Home Nursing Group as the preferred provider of home care services to our community, as they share our values and have the depth and breadth of experience to meet any future care needs that you have.

You may qualify for subsidised help and assistance
The Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Home Care Packages are subsidised programmes provided by the Australian Government to provide people with care and assistance whilst they continue living independently in their home and community.
If you are 65 years or older you may qualify for one of these programmes, and you can choose from a range of local service providers to deliver any care and assistance that you require.
We have selected Home Nursing Group as our preferred provider because we have confidence in their experience and the level of care that they deliver. However, this doesn’t mean that you are required to use them – you have complete freedom to use another service provider if you wish.
